What You’ll Do
- Make and receive calls to help customers resolve overdue loan payments
- Collaborate with customers to create payment plans and bring accounts current
- Maintain empathy while navigating difficult conversations about finances
- Clearly explain next steps and consequences of late payments
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance goals
What You Need
- 1+ year of collections experience
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and multi-tab workflows
- A customer-first mindset with adaptability to various personalities
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Compensation
- $18.00/hour
