  • Fully remote (must reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL, South Jordan, UT, or in IA, MO, WI, or WY)
  • Standard business hours

What You’ll Do

  • Make and receive calls to help customers resolve overdue loan payments
  • Collaborate with customers to create payment plans and bring accounts current
  • Maintain empathy while navigating difficult conversations about finances
  • Clearly explain next steps and consequences of late payments
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance goals

What You Need

  • 1+ year of collections experience
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Strong phone communication and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and multi-tab workflows
  • A customer-first mindset with adaptability to various personalities
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities

Compensation

  • $18.00/hour
  • Bonus potential
