Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position (must reside in Eastern or Central Time zones)
- Monday to Friday schedule – no nights or weekends
- Training program provided on day one
- Note: Not hiring in NY, TX, PA, DC, MA, CT, ME, VT, CO, MT, CA, OR, MD
What You’ll Do
- Make 75+ outbound calls daily to recover balances on client accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements with empathy and professionalism
- Document and track account details using company software
- Communicate with insurance companies and team members to resolve issues
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Consistently meet collector target metrics
What You Need
- 4+ years of collections experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and empathy skills
- Attention to detail and time management ability
- Ability to work independently while collaborating via video with your team
- Secure home office setup including:
- Hardwired high-speed internet (100 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
- Dedicated workspace, free of distractions and noise
- Professional backdrop for video calls
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed hourly rate: $20–$23.50/hr + uncapped commission (OTE $80,000–$120,000 annually)
