What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to clients daily via phone, email, and written follow-ups
  • Resolve overdue balances and negotiate payment commitments
  • Review aging reports and create structured follow-up plans
  • Coordinate with AR, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve billing issues
  • Escalate high-risk accounts when needed and support write-offs
  • Maintain detailed collection notes across CRM and billing systems
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements

What You Need

  • 3+ years of collections experience (B2B experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Maxio a plus
