• Must live 90+ miles from any NSB location

• Video collaboration throughout the day using team tools
What You’ll Do
• Make 75+ outbound calls per day and speak with people from all backgrounds
• Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for clients
• Document accounts thoroughly with clear notes for quick internal communication
• Use software tools to manage accounts and communicate with insurance companies
• Coordinate with teammates on accounts and next steps
• Hit collector target metrics while staying compliant with policies and procedures
What You Need
• 4+ years of collections experience
• Proven ability to meet target metrics in a performance-driven environment
• High professionalism and excellent communication skills
• Strong empathy and emotional control during difficult conversations
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Solid computer and typing skills
• A secure home office setup that meets their technical and privacy requirements
Home Office Requirements
• Hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Minimum speeds: 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, latency 100 ms or below
• T-Mobile Home 5G internet not supported
• Private, quiet workspace (others cannot hear calls)
• Clear, professional backdrop
