Hello, We are looking to add a remote Command Center Associate to our team based in Malvern, PA. This role requires you to be in the Commonwealth of PA. It pays $23/hr – $25hr.
In this role you will provide outstanding customer service to our internal and external clients. You must have attention to detail to be successful. You will be doing intakes, conducting scheduling adjustments, helping with onboarding and offboarding, and other dutires.
Responsibilities
- Leverages client relationship management skills to strengthen internal client relationships and foster collaborative environment that leads to effective decision making.
- Supports daily operational planning for aligned Personal Investor clients by assessing the variance of operational drivers.
- Consults with internal clients when needed to make daily/intra-day decisions and provides sound recommendations with quantitative and contextual support.
- Updates Aspect and Genesys to support operational strategies, training, resource sharing, and other initiatives/needs.
- Contributes to the development of Personal Advisor -wide operational strategies and executes on said strategies when appropriate.
- Carries out activities identified in the appropriate contingency plan(s) when put into effect.
- Facilitates on/off-boarding of crew. Supports operational orientation of new crew and management, and ensures they have access to necessary operational tools/resources
