Schedule
- Full-time
- Fully remote (US-based only)
- $18/hour starting pay
- Stable internet required: 50 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload
What You’ll Do
- Provide intake and support services for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention programs
- Greet members professionally, verify eligibility, complete assessments, and schedule appointments
- Coordinate with members on technical requirements and collect pre-visit info, including payments if needed
- Support Physical Therapist recruitment by organizing candidate documents, scheduling interviews, and collecting credentials
- Maintain accurate communication logs, records, and inboxes
- Ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and follow-ups are handled promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all policies and standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience (healthcare or managed care preferred)
- 3+ years of general office/administrative support and project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
