What You’ll Do
- Coordinate intake and scheduling for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention programs
- Conduct eligibility checks, complete assessments, and collect pre-visit documentation
- Provide technical assistance and program guidance to members
- Support recruitment operations for Physical Therapists, including scheduling interviews and managing onboarding documents
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of call center or customer service experience (preferably in healthcare or managed care)
- 3 years of general office/administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
