What You’ll Do

⦁ Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a client and their candidates needing help with drug and occupational health screening requests
⦁ Research solutions by contacting collection sites and clinics to meet candidate needs
⦁ Communicate across channels: calls, email, text, and Salesforce to resolve internal and external inquiries
⦁ Register applicants for the right services and track completion through the process
⦁ Enter screening-related data such as lab results, physical exams, and breath alcohol tests
⦁ Troubleshoot technical issues tied to drug order fulfillment and operational workflows

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or GED (required)
⦁ 1+ year of client service or support experience
⦁ Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, web research, database lookups
⦁ Excellent time management and organization to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy
⦁ Ability to work independently while following established procedures
⦁ Clear English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
⦁ Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overtime when needed
⦁ Preferred: Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
