What You’ll Do
• Manage a desk of consumer and commercial accounts autonomously
• Handle high daily call volume and maintain strong follow-up discipline
• Use skip tracing to locate and contact the correct parties
• Evaluate assets when needed and apply sound judgment to recovery strategy
• Negotiate payment arrangements while staying compliant and professional
• Track performance, meet goals, and document accounts clearly
What You Need
• 5+ years of credit and collections industry experience
• Proven high-volume calling experience
• Strong skip tracing skills
• Experience with asset evaluation
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills and consistent professionalism
• Empathy, attention to detail, and strong time management
• Above-average computer skills and comfort working independently
Home Office Requirements
• High-speed internet via hardwired connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Minimum speeds: 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, latency 100 ms or below
