What You’ll Do
• Manage a desk of consumer and commercial accounts independently
• Handle high daily call volume and maintain performance under pressure
• Use skip tracing to locate and contact the right parties
• Evaluate assets when needed and apply sound judgment to recovery strategy
• Negotiate payment arrangements while staying compliant and professional
• Track and exceed goals using metrics, follow-up discipline, and strong organization
• Maintain calm, respectful communication in difficult conversations
What You Need
• 5+ years of credit and collections industry experience
• Proven high-volume calling experience
• Strong skip tracing skills
• Experience with asset evaluation
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Above-average computer skills
• Empathy and emotional control (collections without being reckless)
• Positive attitude, accountability, attention to detail, and self-starter energy
Home Office Requirements
• Dedicated high-speed internet via hardwired connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Minimum speeds: 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, latency 100 ms or below
• T-Mobile Home 5G Internet not supported
• Private workspace where others can’t hear calls, low noise, minimal distractions
