Our client is looking to hire a Consumer Relations Associate. The Consumer Relations Associate will provide customer service to consumers via multiple of channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. Looking for long-term and longevity.
Positioin is 100% Remote.

- Excellent communication skills both Oral and Written
- Above-average Microsoft Office skills
- Quick learner and the ability to take direction

Responsibilities
- Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
- Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
- Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat)
- Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution
