Our client is looking to hire a Consumer Relations Associate for a possible temp to hire opportunity. The Consumer Relations Associate will provide customer service to consumers via multiple of channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. Looking for long-term and longevity.
Positioin is 100% Remote. Must be able to work 2nd shift Tues – Sat from 12 noon to 8 pm EST (Saturday flexible 8 hours)
Qualifications:
- High School Degree
- Excellent communication skills both Oral and Written
- Above-average Microsoft Office skills
- Quick learner and the ability to take direction
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service focus
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Reliable and dependable
- Work well as part of a team
- 2nd shift Tues – Sat
- Bi-lingual useful (English(primary) and French(secondary))
Responsibilities
- Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
- Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
- Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc)
- Answer incoming calls and incoming chats
- Respond to incoming emails
- Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution
- Return calls from voicemail
- Meet department goals and personal KPIs
