Schedule

  • Full time
  • 100 percent remote
  • Must be located in the United States and legally eligible to work without sponsorship
  • Occasional overnight travel (about four times per year)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage projects across client programs
  • Gather specifications, requirements, and documentation from clients
  • Write and refine creative IVR script copy
  • Track scope, timelines, and costs for implementation phases
  • Coordinate tasks and deliverables between clients and TP technical teams
  • Review IVR programs for script accuracy and sales effectiveness
  • Analyze client reports and recommend optimization strategies
  • Identify improvements to processes and applications
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients
  • Prepare monthly billing documentation and business review materials
  • Develop monthly revenue projections
  • Follow all operational, security, HR, and compliance policies

What You Need

  • Must be at least 18
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contact center account management
  • 2–4 years of experience as an account manager, project manager, or account coordinator
  • Experience with IVR or contact center environments preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Ability to pass background, drug, and (if required) credit checks
