Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OH, TX, or WI)
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm CST
- Occasional Saturday shift may be required, scheduled in advance
- No on-call requirements
What You’ll Do
- Assist members through phone, chat, and other channels, resolving inquiries with a one-call resolution focus
- Handle issues with online banking, debit cards, payments, and other member services
- Build relationships by educating members on products and services
- Meet performance metrics, including call quality, documentation, and case notes
- De-escalate situations and safeguard member information with professionalism
- Collaborate across departments to provide comprehensive member support
What You Need
- 1+ year of related customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Self-starter with strong computer and database skills in a Windows environment
- Coachable, with a desire to learn and grow in a supportive team culture
