Monday – Friday 7:45am-4:45pm
2 Weeks in office for training beginning 6/28 or 6/29
Remote starting July 14th

Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative II, you will be responsible for providing information and assistance to attendees of small to large corporate events for various clients.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong technical aptitude.
You will be trained on the necessary tools and provided access to relevant information.
Key duties include answering calls promptly, responding to emails within 24 hours, handling live chats if applicable, and checking/responding to voicemails daily.
