- Review all content for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism before posting
- Monitor social media channels to ensure brand standards are upheld
- Track and analyze content performance to refine distribution strategies
- Manage and organize email inboxes, sorting priorities and clearing outdated items
- Provide administrative and organizational support to streamline daily operations
- Assist with projects such as email mail merges, adapting quickly to changes and reporting status updates
What You Need
- Proven experience in content distribution and administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with proactive communication
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other major social platforms
- Experience with email organization and project management
