Schedule
• Full-time, remote within the United States
• Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
• High-volume outbound call environment (90 percent phone-based)
• Must be comfortable working independently and within structured queue systems

Responsibilities
• Call payers to schedule Peer-to-Peer discussions with CorroHealth Medical Directors
• Follow up on cases that fall outside scheduled Peer-to-Peer time frames
• Document payer communication within CorroHealth’s proprietary system
• Update account status in multiple internal databases
• Support case entry, Peer-to-Peer coordination, and appeals workflows as needed
• Manage a high-volume outbound workflow while meeting productivity expectations
• Work from a structured queue system in SharePoint across assigned facilities
• Collaborate with team members and cross-trained colleagues for coverage
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA/HITECH rules
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Call center experience preferred
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer denial processes is a plus
• Experience accessing hospital EMRs and payer portals preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must enjoy phone-based work and communicating with payers
• Ability to multitask across multiple screens, programs, and databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative-driven mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, including basic formulas and navigating multi-sheet workbooks
• Accurate keyboarding skills; minimum 30 wpm
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance requirements
