- Full-time, project-driven role
- Cross-team collaboration across Credentialing, Network Operations, Product, Legal, and Compliance
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding and credentialing projects end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and submit provider rosters to payers and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Support credentialing and re-credentialing with payers and verification organizations
- Manage onboarding workflows so providers can start seeing clients without delays
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and payers
- Document workflows, SOPs, and guides for clarity and scalability
- Identify and resolve credentialing barriers impacting provider claims or timelines
What You Need
- 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare, tech, or operations
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Tableau or Metabase a plus
- Comfort with tools like Asana, Zendesk, and openness to AI-powered workflow tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven project management ability—organizing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and driving delivery
