What You Will Be Doing
As a Cost Segregation Associate or Senior Associate, you will join a team that leverages the Companys proprietary tax software to provide an accurate and efficient tax study with superior quality which maximizes business boosting benefits. Our roster of clients includes companies of all industries and sizes such as engineering, manufacturing, software, architecture, restaurants, wineries, and breweries.
What You Need for this Position
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize activities.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, including a friendly attitude, empathy towards users, patience, attention to detail, good communication, sense of urgency, creativity, etc.
- Willingness to change to meet organizational needs.
- Ability to process and maintain confidentiality while processing sensitive data.
- Work effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to recognize when an incident needs to be escalated.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, or Building Construction preferred
- Associate experience: 1-2 years cost segregation experience.
- Senior Associate experience: 3+ years cost segregation experience.
- If you do not have cost segregation experience, 0-3 years of construction estimating experience is required, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical and/or Plumbing trades
