What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls regarding medical record requests from patients, attorneys, and insurers
- Provide status updates and support professionally and accurately
- Record details across multiple systems with dual-monitor workflows
- Stay aligned with policies and data privacy requirements
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid customer support and communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to multitask and document accurately in tech platforms
