Schedule
- Remote (Call Center)
- Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. EST
- High-volume production environment
- Company equipment provided (computer, monitor, virtual phone); comprehensive virtual/onsite training with mentor job shadowing
What You’ll Do
- Process medical record requests and provide real-time status updates to patients, insurers, and attorneys
- Document accurately across multiple platforms using dual monitors
- Handle sustained call volumes while meeting productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with teammates and follow established call center workflows
What You Need
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Comfort in a fast-paced, production setting and on the phone for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication
- Reliability for overnight/weeknight schedule
