Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based contract role
- Flexible hours with availability required between 8am–5pm EST
- Work on a per-task, pay-per-unit model (no set minimum hours)
What You’ll Do
- Complete insurance carrier contracting and credentialing applications
- Submit group and individual provider credentialing forms
- Handle initial and reappointment applications for hospital privileges
- Process demographic updates, EFT enrollments, and remittance agreements
- Make follow-up calls to carriers to confirm application status and updates
- Record notes and next steps in task management software
- Communicate with the Credentialing Department on urgent matters
What You Need
- Experience completing contracting and credentialing applications
- Exposure to completing EDI and EFT agreements (preferred)
- Familiarity with medical credentialing terminology
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located in and authorized to work in the U.S.

- Roster Update/Initial Request/Link Provider: $5.97
- Initial Contracting/Credentialing Application: $13.44
- Re-credentialing/Reappointment Application: $8.96
- CAQH Attestation: $2.98
- ERA Enrollment: $5.97
- EFT Enrollment: $5.97
