What You’ll Do

  • Collect and manage outstanding invoices across a defined A/R portfolio
  • Research, resolve, and document billing inquiries and disputes
  • Identify root causes of collection issues and drive timely resolution
  • Assist with unidentified payment applications and reconciliations
  • Meet month-end close responsibilities and process deadlines
  • Help update documentation for policies and procedures

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s in a business field preferred)
  • 2+ years in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections
  • Experience handling escalated research and complex account issues
  • Strong written/verbal communication; organized and deadline-driven
  • Intermediate MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and levels of management
