What You’ll Do
- Collect and manage outstanding invoices across a defined A/R portfolio
- Research, resolve, and document billing inquiries and disputes
- Identify root causes of collection issues and drive timely resolution
- Assist with unidentified payment applications and reconciliations
- Meet month-end close responsibilities and process deadlines
- Help update documentation for policies and procedures
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s in a business field preferred)
- 2+ years in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections
- Experience handling escalated research and complex account issues
- Strong written/verbal communication; organized and deadline-driven
- Intermediate MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and levels of management
