What You’ll Do
- Assist with collections of aged past-due invoices to minimize uncollectible balances
- Communicate directly with customers via email and phone to develop strategies for reducing balances
- Post daily payments (ACH, wire, credit card) in Sage-Intacct
- Support daily billing for new and existing customers
- Respond to inquiries regarding invoices, accounts, and payment histories
- Partner with Customer Service to improve retention through effective collection strategies
- Collaborate on ad-hoc finance and client support projects
What You Need
- 1–2 years in credit and collections or a bachelor’s degree
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and customers
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving processes
- Customer-focused approach, even in challenging conversations
- Eagerness to learn and enhance skills continuously
