- 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
- Business hours, with flexibility to adapt to department needs
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned portfolio of current and past-due accounts
- Collect outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
- Research and resolve collection issues promptly
- Assist in applying unidentified payments to the correct accounts
- Support month-end close deadlines and financial reporting
- Document and improve processes related to credit and collections
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in business preferred)
- Experience handling escalated billing inquiries or research issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and with all levels of leadership
