If you’re good at getting paid without lighting relationships on fire, this is your lane. You’ll own a portfolio of small business customers, chase past-due invoices, resolve disputes, and document everything cleanly in Oracle Financials while keeping DSO and bad debt moving in the right direction.

What You’ll Do
⦁ Call and email assigned customers to secure payment on past-due invoices
⦁ Partner with customer contacts and internal sales teams to remove obstacles blocking payment
⦁ Identify, manage, and resolve billing disputes using company standards
⦁ Document detailed customer interactions and resolution efforts in Oracle Financials
⦁ Research unidentified payments with finance partners as needed
⦁ Perform account maintenance: refunds, credits, write-offs, and related updates
⦁ Provide weekly and monthly account status reporting to management
⦁ Handle additional AR/collections tasks as assigned
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma (required)
⦁ 3 to 5 years of B2B accounts receivable or collections experience
⦁ Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.)
⦁ Basic accounting and reconciliation knowledge
⦁ ERP experience required (Oracle and Siebel preferred)
⦁ Ability to stay calm in conflict-heavy conversations and still move the ball forward
⦁ Strong follow-up and follow-through
⦁ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a process-improvement mindset
