Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must be based in New Mexico
- Travel required ~50% across the state
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
- Drive adoption of Peregrine’s platform by providing training, updates, and problem-solving support
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for engineering and product teams
- Conduct onsite visits, develop success stories, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
What You Need
- 3–7 years of experience supporting customers with enterprise or technical software solutions
- Background in law enforcement, public safety, or military (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical conversations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
- Based in New Mexico with willingness to travel across the state
