Schedule

  • Remote position based in New Mexico
  • ~50% travel across the state for onsite visits and relationship building
  • Full-time role with direct customer engagement and cross-team collaboration

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Drive full platform adoption and deliver measurable value to agencies
  • Interpret data from dashboards and metrics to optimize workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address roadblocks and improve user experience
  • Develop case studies and success stories to highlight customer wins

What You Need

  • 3–7 years supporting customers in adopting technical software solutions
  • Experience with law enforcement, public safety, or military (vendor or direct) preferred
  • Background in enterprise software, startup experience a plus
  • Strong listening and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of zero churn and positive net revenue retention
  • Ability to translate technical and non-technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Based in New Mexico and able to travel ~50% within the state
