Schedule

  • Part-time, fully remote
  • Eligible only for residents of Utah, Idaho, and Texas
  • Must have strong internet, a reliable desktop/laptop, and a distraction-free workspace
  • Requires up to 4+ hours of continuous customer service work at a time

Responsibilities

  • Support customers through online chat and occasional phone calls
  • Provide friendly, helpful, and brand-protective responses to concerns
  • Track and compile data on tech and service issues for internal teams
  • Share feedback, feature requests, and solutions with team members
  • Follow up to ensure technical issues are resolved
  • Participate in weekly performance meetings
  • Assist customers in multiple countries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate internal communication and data-gathering tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and route issues effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy, adaptability, and professionalism in handling change
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
