Schedule
- Part-time, fully remote
- Eligible only for residents of Utah, Idaho, and Texas
- Must have strong internet, a reliable desktop/laptop, and a distraction-free workspace
- Requires up to 4+ hours of continuous customer service work at a time
Responsibilities
- Support customers through online chat and occasional phone calls
- Provide friendly, helpful, and brand-protective responses to concerns
- Track and compile data on tech and service issues for internal teams
- Share feedback, feature requests, and solutions with team members
- Follow up to ensure technical issues are resolved
- Participate in weekly performance meetings
- Assist customers in multiple countries
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate internal communication and data-gathering tools
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and route issues effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy, adaptability, and professionalism in handling change
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
