What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls in a high-volume contact center environment
- Investigate patient insurance, estimate coverage and out-of-pocket costs, and explain payment options
- Make outbound calls to patients to discuss financial responsibilities
- Document patient interactions in Salesforce with accuracy and detail
- Support cross-team needs during peak business times while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Deliver consistent productivity, high-quality work, and exceptional patient care
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Background in contact centers, benefits investigation, or reimbursement
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with flexibility and professionalism
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with health insurance, reimbursement, or patient financial counseling
- Salesforce or CRM system expertise
