Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
  • Training: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
  • Production: Shift availability between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST, Monday–Sunday

What You’ll Do

  • Assist members with Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, claims, and coverage questions
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with empathy and accuracy
  • Document member interactions and updates in real-time
  • Guide users through processes and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
  • Stay up-to-date on Medicaid changes and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors

What You Need

  • At least 1 year of recent Medicaid experience (within the last 4 years)
  • Previous call center experience in healthcare or hospital settings
  • Strong communication, customer service, and data entry skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare-related platforms
  • Ability to multitask and resolve issues independently in a fast-paced environment
