Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Training: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Production: Shift availability between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST, Monday–Sunday
What You’ll Do
- Assist members with Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, claims, and coverage questions
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with empathy and accuracy
- Document member interactions and updates in real-time
- Guide users through processes and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Stay up-to-date on Medicaid changes and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors
What You Need
- At least 1 year of recent Medicaid experience (within the last 4 years)
- Previous call center experience in healthcare or hospital settings
- Strong communication, customer service, and data entry skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare-related platforms
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues independently in a fast-paced environment
