What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls and faxes, triaging inquiries appropriately
- Process new medical supply orders, verify insurance coverage, and ensure all documents are accurate and complete
- Communicate with customers, providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order completion
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience verifying insurance eligibility
- Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance billing
