Schedule
- Seasonal, full-time role
- 100% remote, open to applicants in all U.S. states
- Must maintain reliable attendance and adhere to assigned schedules
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions for quality assurance
- Provide actionable feedback to improve customer experience and agent performance
- Document findings and collaborate with team leads to enhance training and processes
- Support consistency in service delivery by ensuring adherence to company policies
- Help identify areas for continuous improvement in customer care operations
What You Need
- Prior experience in customer care, QA, or call center operations preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Commitment to delivering empathetic, customer-focused support
