Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (United States)
- Standard business hours with some flexibility required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Responsibilities
- Process medical supply reorders accurately and efficiently, including insurance verification and CMN compliance
- Confirm and update customer information on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Communicate with customers about insurance qualifications, coverage, deductibles, and financial responsibility
- Facilitate communication with payers, distributors, case managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing
- Collect and process payments for out-of-pocket costs prior to shipping
- Create purchase orders for distributors and ensure compliance with internal policies and federal regulations
- Deliver professional, solutions-oriented customer service at every step
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of insurance eligibility verification experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience calculating deductibles and coinsurance for primary and secondary policies
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
