Schedule
- Full-time, remote position within the United States
- Standard business hours, with flexibility depending on customer needs
What You’ll Do
- Process assigned reorder book of business, including accurate insurance verifications and confirming customer information
- Communicate directly with customers to explain insurance qualifications, coverage, deductibles, and financial responsibilities
- Correspond with customers via email and triage inquiries appropriately
- Facilitate communication between customers, insurers, distributors, and case managers
- Collect and process payments prior to shipment and create purchase orders for distributors
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality policies, regulations, and Numotion’s leadership principles
- Provide solutions for customer concerns with a focus on excellent service
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance eligibility verification
- At least 1 year of experience calculating deductibles and coinsurance for multiple policies
- Background in Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
Preferred Skills
- Associate degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Quick decision-making and sound judgment
