What You’ll Do
- Process reorders accurately, verifying insurance, customer details, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with CMNs, authorizations, and insurance requirements before shipping
- Communicate coverage, deductibles, and financial responsibility to customers
- Handle inquiries via email and escalate when necessary
- Create purchase orders and collect payments prior to product shipment
- Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with company policies
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year experience with insurance eligibility verification
- Experience calculating deductibles and coinsurance (primary and secondary policies)
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance requirements
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in a relevant field
- Experience handling high volumes in fast-paced environments
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure
