Job details
If you are an Experienced Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas, NV seeking a potential work from home role, this could be for you! You will be responsible for answering 20-50 calls/day answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid. This position requires training ON SITE before allowing you to work from home.
Potential working hours between 7am-8pm, must be open to any 8 hour shift opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Must be local to Las Vegas, NV – TRAINING IS ON SITE then will work remote after fully trained and meeting productivity
- Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits
- 20-50 calls per day on average, focusing on quality of each call over quantity
- Research information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, etc.
- Use training and resources at hand to answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Must have strong internet speed, ethernet connection, private place to work from home (hardwired into the internet)
