Schedule

  • Full-time, 35–45 hours per week depending on business needs
  • Paid 6-week training: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
  • Post-training: Assigned schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays; shifts vary between 6:00 AM–2:00 AM EST under a quarterly shift-bid system

Responsibilities

  • Handle 2–3 inbound service and reservation calls per hour with professionalism and efficiency
  • Process changes to reservations quickly and accurately
  • Resolve issues on the first call using our Customer Connection methodology
  • Navigate multiple systems, browsers, chat, and email while maintaining engaged customer conversations
  • Stay accessible and responsive via phone, email, and chat during scheduled hours
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity and performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to remain up to date on company initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable availability for full-time schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to quarterly shift-bid scheduling
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on one-call resolution
  • Strong typing and computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, chat, and email
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to make outbound follow-ups
  • Comfortable working in a structured remote call center environment
  • Private, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Home office must be in a different residence than any other World Travel Holdings remote employee
