What You’ll Do
- Process medical supply reorders with accuracy, including insurance verification and compliance checks
- Communicate with customers about insurance qualifications, coverage, and financial responsibility
- Facilitate communication between customers, payers, distributors, and case managers
- Collect and process out-of-pocket payments prior to shipment
- Ensure purchase orders are properly created and documented
- Provide outstanding customer service with solutions-focused communication
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of insurance eligibility verification experience
- 1+ year of experience calculating deductibles and coinsurance for multiple policies
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance processes
Preferred
- Associate’s degree in a related field
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
