What You’ll Do

  • Receive inbound calls before, during, and after service
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups and updates
  • Collaborate with engineers to communicate findings to customers
  • Answer questions about technical recovery processes and pricing
  • Deliver accurate, empathetic communication to customers experiencing data loss

What You Need

  • 2–4 years of sales experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and detail orientation
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment
  • Passion for staying current with technology
