Available shifts include:
• 8:00am – 4:30pm EST
Responsibilities
- Review sales contracts and confirm product accuracy before ordering
- Identify discrepancies and provide feedback to sales teams on measurements and pricing
- Conduct welcome calls to new customers to confirm order details and schedule tentative install dates
- Coordinate and schedule service and repair work as needed
- Manage change orders in ERP systems
- Track quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews
- Provide proactive updates and support through the sales-to-installation process
- Maintain high-touch service for current and past clients
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Customer service and data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with computers and comfortable working in ERP systems
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
- Contract review or construction industry experience (preferred)
Compensation
$19/hour
