What You’ll Do

  • Support partners via chat and email with speedy, friendly responses
  • Hop on Zoom calls when needed to walk customers through questions and create a “magical” experience
  • Guide new partners through onboarding and migration
  • Host weekly webinars
  • Troubleshoot quickly and deliver fast, clear resolutions
  • De-escalate concerns with empathy, transparency, and great judgment
  • Become an Arketa product expert and keep partners educated as tools evolve
  • Advocate for partners internally while also advocating for Arketa
  • Share insights and industry feedback to improve product features

What You Need

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a positive, helpful attitude
  • Experience working behind the desk of a wellness business (yoga, pilates, bootcamp, etc.), using tools like Mindbody (MBO), Arketa, or similar software
  • Excellent written communication across email and social channels
  • Strong judgment and ability to problem-solve quickly with customer experience as the priority
  • Ability to spot process improvements that elevate support quality
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort managing multiple requests at once
  • Team-first mindset and willingness to help achieve shared goals
  • Organized, self-sufficient, and proactive
  • 1–2 years experience in customer support, communications/PR, or social-oriented roles
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience with Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite (plus), or ability to learn new tech quickly
