- Paid training provided
- Use your own device (Windows 11, minimum 4GB RAM, wired Ethernet connection)
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions and concerns
- De-escalate issues calmly and professionally
- Escalate cases when necessary and follow up as appropriate
- Process assistance requests and payments when needed
- Maintain accurate call records for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback on recurring call issues
- Upsell products or services as required
What You Need
- 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Logical problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Reliable internet meeting these requirements:
- Download speed ≥ 15 Mbps
- Upload speed ≥ 5 Mbps
- Ping under 50ms, no packet loss
- No satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections
- Quiet, confidential workspace
