Schedule

  • Full-time, remote within the United States
  • Shifts available: 11:00am–8:00pm CDT, 1:00pm–10:00pm CDT, or 10:30am–7:00pm CDT
  • Must be able to work some weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized customer support via email, live chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues for business owners, managers, and employees
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the When I Work platform, plans, and features
  • Accurately report bugs, feature requests, and escalate issues as needed
  • Respond to app store reviews with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with the Care team through Slack, Jira, HubSpot, and other tools
  • Maintain a productive, distraction-free remote work environment

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer support experience (SaaS or software preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable learning and using web/mobile applications quickly
  • Experience with tools like Zendesk, Jira, Slack, or HubSpot a plus
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
