Schedule
- Full-time, Remote
- Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm EST availability required
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Listen, assess, and provide solutions that empower customers
- Build and maintain trusted customer relationships
- Coordinate updates across product, operations, and field teams
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets
- Handle escalations with empathy and proactive follow-up
- Document all interactions for accurate follow-through
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and drive improvement
What You Need
- Professional communication skills across phone, email, and chat
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Positive, energetic approach to customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- CRM experience preferred
- Residential real estate sales experience a plus
- Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
