We are currently hiring for a temp to hire Customer Service Specialist at our client in Tempe!
This position is onsite for training (approximately 90 days) and then has the opportunity to be a remote role once the training is complete and fully trained! Must be local candidate.
Hours: M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm, No Weekends Pay Rate: $19/hr
Client Requirements: Must be a US Citizen Must be able to pass background check and drug screen Must be able to type 30WPM (typing test will be administered) Great opportunity for an entry level customer service role gaining experience in a call center environment!

Responsibilities
- As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries.
- You will take phone calls and answers chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills.
- Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes.
