What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members with benefits, eligibility, and scheduling
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, prescription renewals, and service requests
- Assist with claims questions, billing inquiries, and account updates
- Document all interactions in EMR/CRM systems with accuracy
- Communicate with providers and internal teams via phone, secure messaging, or email
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven work stability (1 year minimum tenure per role)
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and data compliance
Preferred
- Experience with appointment scheduling or benefits inquiries
- Familiarity with EMR or CRM systems (EPIC, Facets, or similar)
- Knowledge of insurance or medical terminology
