What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of offshore customer care specialists
- Manage and prioritize escalated customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely resolutions
- Track service KPIs, analyze data, and use insights to drive team performance
- Develop strategies to optimize the collector experience using technology and customer feedback
- Conduct performance reviews, deliver feedback, and identify training opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements to scale service delivery
- Champion company policies and foster a supportive, high-performing team culture
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of customer service experience in a service-based company or call center
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role with direct reports
- Proven record of driving process improvements and scaling customer care delivery
- Strong data-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Collectibles industry knowledge (trading cards, coins, memorabilia, video games, Funko Pops!) is a plus
