What You’ll Do
- Serve as the central hub for all outbound customer communications
- Build communication calendars, enforce guidelines, and ensure consistent messaging
- Write and proof customer newsletters and campaign emails in HubSpot
- Host and support webinars, coordinate content, and manage timelines
- Track performance metrics and refine communication strategies for engagement and adoption
What You Need
- 3+ years marketing experience managing email comms & campaigns
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
- HubSpot or similar tool experience; comfortable hosting webinars
- Ability to lead without formal authority and coordinate across teams
- Passion for education and improving student outcomes (edtech background a plus)
