For our newest client in Sofia, one of the most positive and globally recognized manufacturers of confectionery, and food products, we are looking to hire a Customer Consultant with French.
Your main tasks as a customer consultant will include:
Show empathy and focus to customers while resolving issues in a timely manner;
Come to independent decisions considering compliance with the processes and regulations;
Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
Multitask in fast paced environment ;
Ability to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes;
Chase and follow-up bring things to resolution;
Qualifications
Fluency in French and English both written and spoken;
